How to file a copyright-infringement notice and a counter-notice.
1. Filing a notice
If you believe content on Fervra infringes your copyright, send a notice with: identification of the work, the location of the material, your contact details, a good-faith statement, a statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury, and your signature. We will review and, where appropriate, remove or disable the material.
2. Counter-notice
If your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notice with the corresponding required information. We will follow the statutory process before any restoration.
3. Repeat infringers
Accounts that repeatedly infringe lose access.
