Terms of Service

1. Who can use Fervra

Fervra is only for adults aged 18 or over — or the age of majority where you live, whichever is higher. A verified-18+ access gate precedes all app functionality: you must complete age confirmation before any feature is available.

By using Fervra you affirm that you meet this age requirement and that the information you give at signup is accurate.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account and any unlock method (password, app-lock PIN, or discreet mode) secure, and for all activity under your account. Do not share access with anyone who is not a verified adult.

You may export or delete your account at any time from Settings (see the Data Retention Policy).

3. Acceptable use

You may not upload, share, generate, or request content that involves a minor or any non-consenting person — in any form, including AI-generated material. These rules are absolute and enforced server-side.

You also agree to follow the Community Guidelines, Adult Content Policy, Consent Policy, and Media Upload Policy, which are part of these Terms.

4. Content you create

You keep ownership of the content you create. You grant Fervra the limited permission needed to store, process, safety-scan, and (only where you choose to share or publish) display that content to the audience you select.

Private journal content is shown to no one but you unless you explicitly share it.

5. Enforcement and suspension

We may hide, remove, or restrict content and accounts that violate these Terms, and may suspend or permanently ban accounts for serious violations. Content flagged as minor or non-consensual is withheld and can never be restored.

You can appeal a decision. If you can sign in, use the in-app reporting/support controls; if you can't (for example, a suspended account), email us at info@highfivery.com or use the report form at /report. We review appeals and respond through the same channel.

6. Regional availability and changes

Some features are turned off or require stronger age verification depending on your region (see the Region Restrictions Policy). We may update these Terms; when changes are material we will ask you to review and re-accept before continuing.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an as-is basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory local law.
